Over the past few weeks i have sent emails via your info@ address and web form with a complaint but have had no reply and the issue i am raising is a high security risk and would at least expect a response.
If there is a better complaints email i can use then please send it to me

I am currently doing a course that involves a placement. My placement fell through so I asked for advice and got told the couldn’t help and was my problem. I’ve now had to basically put my course on hold and be wasting £90 a month

I left a message for my tutor on epearl on 24 April and I have got no response as yet from her.
I also do not like epearl and why do you have so many learning platforms for differnet courses it is a nightmare.
Also my next assignment is due on 17 May 2017 which I cannot access as I need assistance with previous assignment. I do not think that this is good enough and why is time limits put on epearl courses.

The timescales for submission are suggested only – you are welcome to take as long as you wish for completion of these courses. Regarding the message you sent – can you let us know which course you sent a message regarding – we can then chase this up for you with the tutorial department.

Several times I have attempted to submit an assignment (this time it was assignment 11) of the Diet & Nutrition Level 4 Advanced course. I press ‘submit’ and this whole assignment disappears! I am very slow at typing but I chose to submit my work this way. I should have completed the course a long time ago, and as it is a bursary my employer expects results. I am very disheartened at this .
happening again and I am not impressed with the way this has been set up for students. I also asked for tutor support but I have not had any at all. Was my request passed on to Hilary Clark? It is rather late for it now. I expect that as soon as I press the post button my message will go immediately!

Such a stupid service. They cancelled appointments without informe me and after they said they don’t have any details on their system. I take day off from my work and she said whenever i will be free just email here and i said i am free on thursday but after she said she has to check in celender that she is able to make appointment or not.

I have applied for a study break in January and it was agreed then 2 weeks ago. I received an email advising me my assignment was due. When I spoke to the college I was advised that there was a delay with the processing and that it would be sorted out. I have now had another email advising me my assignment is due. I requested the study break due to bereavement in my family I now have the stress of trying to do an assessment in a very short time a long with dealing with the death in the family and the grieving of my children.

I am doing Supporting teaching and learning in schools and I am not haapy with my tutor so I want to change my tutor because she isn’t helpful much and keep failing me in 1 assignment still stuck on it from 5 months. They also didn’t provide me enough study material even i am not getting any placement. I am paying £50 monthly but I don’t have any idea when i will can finish my course. Stonebridge just want money nothing else. They don’t bother about the students.
I decided to cancel my course and I know very well they will not refund my money back but I will take legal action on them.

I kept calling them to change my tutor but every time they said they will do request but nothing happened yet and even they didn’t reply to my emails yet.
Everybody is fraud here they just want money. I am really disappointed with Stonebridge. I spend £350 and still, they are taking fees from my account but don’t bother about students. I want my money back.

I completed my NVQ three in social adult care last year I’m still waiting for my certificates I have been promises the last five months and I’m still waiting every week I wait is another week loss of earnings

I have completed my course in early years workforce in July 2019.my final assessment haven’t done yet. 2 times assessor booked a date but cancelled without any notification. My career is stuck because every employer asks for the certificate.I can’t get admission in further education as well. whenever I contact them they say in few weeks it will be done.It’s been 4 months now and everything is so uncertain. I am so much emotionally and mentally disturbed because I have to look after my two kids. They are dependent on me.i will be grateful if I can get any help in this matter.

As my email I enquired about a course your hard sell to achieve targets is way to aggressive I needed to speak to my husband about the courses but was thrust into a loan agreement that i hadn’t given any permission for have asked your selves to send me a copy of our loan agreement for all to see including my solicitor

Absolute disgrace!!!! I want my money back and some form of compensation!!! I’m sick of not hearing anything from anyone and I need my certificate to show Ofsted!!!! I will not recommend this company please steer well clear!! They changed to curriculum as I passed my course and now refuse to give me my certificate over a year after passing this course!! Absolute shambles!!
